Arapahoe County Sheriff's deputies responded to a scene in a Centennial neighborhood in reference to a domestic verbal disturbance Feb. 25.
Deputies responded to the 8200 block of South Filmore Circle in the Centennial Heights neighborhood after a call came in to the sheriff's office shortly after noon Feb. 25, according to Julie Brooks, sheriff's office spokeswoman.
The male suspected in the disturbance did not come out to talk to deputies after about six hours of police prescence outside the residence he was in. Deputies cleared the scene at about 6:30 p.m. because nothing more could be accomplished at the time, Brooks said. Deputies did not arrest the suspect.
Deputies did not make contact with the male, who has been the subject of recent calls to the sheriff's office that involved both physical and verbal disturbances, Brooks said. His name and age were not available from the sheriff's office.
The case is open and no further information was available.
