Amy Louise Korrell, Erin Elyse Goulet, Heidi Santen Guenther and Michelle Jana Polansky, of Centennial, earned scholarships from the University of Idaho for the 2009-10 academic year.

Julia Hillman, of Centennial, graduated from Bethel University with a bachelor’s degree in business. She is the daughter of Meridee and Richard Hillman.

Nicholas Wondra, of Centennial, was named to the dean’s list at Cornell College.

Michaela Jordan Taylor graduated from William Jewell College, Liberty, Mo., in May 2009. Taylor received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education.

Dana Friend, of Centennial, graduated recently from Cornell College.

Talia Carmickle, Julia Hillman and Emily Noble, of Centennial, were named to the dean's list at Bethel University, St. Paul, Minn.

Cayla Maryellen Berry, Sara Nicole Breen and Jessica Nicole Rathje, of Centennial, were named to the dean’s lsit at the Nebraska-Lincoln.

Eric Honsey, Erik Englestad, Jessica Godin, Keola Apio, Bryan Coming and Arian Moghtaderi-Zadeh, from Centennial, made the spring quarter dean’s list at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.

Megan Flannery and Shaun Snowden, of Centennial, made the spring quarter Hornbeck Scholars’s list at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.

Daniel Eusterman, Brett Riegelman, Andrew Spratt, Matthew Magee and Erin Atencio, of Centennial, have been named to the University of St. Thomas 2009 spring semester dean’s list.

Jennifer Wulliman, of Centennial, graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history and secondary education from Valparaiso University.

Taylor earns spot on honor roll at Oklahoma Baptist

Centennial resident Austin Wade Taylor, a sophomore social science secondary education major at Oklahoma Baptist University, was named to the dean’s honor roll.

Alex Brown, a sophomore at Colorado State University from Centennial, has been awarded the Robert Adams Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 from the Warner College of Natural Resources. Brown, a forest biology major, is a 2008 graduate of Arapahoe High School. The award is for the 2009-2010 school year.

Travis Byers, a junior at Colorado State University from Centennial, has been awarded the Golter Family Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 from the College of Agricultural Sciences. Byers, a horticulture major, is a graduate of Heritage High School. Byers’ parent is Michele Byers from Centennial. The award is for the 2009-2010 school year.

Ryan John Goffredi, a junior at Colorado State University from Centennial, has been awarded the Beulah and Doyle Blair Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $3,200 from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Goffredi, a microbiology major, is a 2007 graduate of Littleton High School. The award is for the 2009-2010 school year. Goffredi is a member of the Microbiology Student Association and made the dean’s honor roll.

Jessica Lukas, a junior at Colorado State University from Centennial, has been awarded the Emma Ulsaker Hulquist Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $1,800 from the College of Applied Human Sciences. Lukas, a family and consumer sciences major, is a 2007 graduate of Arapahoe High School. Lukas’ parents are Mark and Linda Lukas. The award is for the 2009-2010 school year.

Brian Thomson, a senior at Colorado State University from Centennial, has been awarded the CoBank Scholarship in the amount of $5,000 from the College of Business. Thomson, a business administration major, is a 2006 graduate of Heritage High School. The award is for the 2009-2010 school year. Thomson is a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity and made the College of Business Dean’s List in fall 2008.

Aya Ushijima, a student in the professional veterinary medicine program at Colorado State University from Centennial, has been awarded the Eugene A. and Alice J. McHale Scholarship in the amount of $2,500 from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Ushijima, a professional veterinary medicine student, is a 2003 graduate of Eaglecrest High School. Ushijima’s parents are Hideyuki and Keiko Ushijima. The award is for the 2009-2010 school year.

Lauren Hosek, of Centennial, who is a graduate of Arapahoe High School was named to the spring 2009 dean's list at Washington University in St. Louis. She is enrolled in the university's college of arts and sciences.

Evan Biddulph, of Centennial, has received a master of education in learning and technology from Western Governors University.

Timothy Collamore, of Centennial, made the dean's list for Franklin & Marshall College's spring 2009 semester. Collamore is the son of Bruce Collamore and Laurie Collamore and is a graduate of Kent Denver School.

Hannah Levorsen, a student at the University of San Diego, was selected for Mortar Board, a national honor society recognizing students for outstanding achievement in scholarship, leadership and service.

Levorsen, of Centennial, who is a senior this fall, is majoring in biology and history with minors in chemistry and Spanish. Her long-range goal is to attend medical school.
