Centennial Mayor Cathy Noon participated in a recent groundbreaking ceremony for a Shalom Cares Wellness Center in Aurora.

The event took place on the Shalom Park Campus, 14800 E. Belleview Drive. The state-of-the-art facility will be built adjacent to the Shalom Park Nursing Home with donated funds and will serve as a community resource primarily for Medicare and Medicaid eligible clients.

Noon serves on the Advisory Committee on Aging for DRCOG.
