Meadow View Elementary celebrated its annual Reading Celebration Sept. 30. Each year, students participate in a variety of reading activities, games, and crafts that are themed along with the school's book fair. This year's theme, "To the Book Fair and Beyond" allowed students to read, think, and create with an outer space theme. Leaders from the district came in as special read aloud guests to share stories with students of all ages. The "celebrity guest readers" were Dr. Liz Fagen, Dr. Brien Hodges, Dr. Chris Cutter and Kim McMonagle.
