Realtor association plans events

A variety of events will help the South Metro Denver Realtor Association introduce its newly renovated headquarters to the community.

The new headquarters in Centennial is at 6436 S. Racine Circle and includes more than 29,000 finished square feet with tenant space available for Realtor-centric businesses. The building includes an outdoor patio and events center, which is open to the public for special events, networking and weddings.

Welcome-to-SMDRA week begins Oct. 6 with the association's annual Broncos party, which will feature events and tours of the building. A ribbon cutting and afternoon mixer Oct. 11 concludes the week.

“Our membership has grown to more than 4,000 Realtor members plus affiliated companies and other entities,” Marcel Savoie, the association's chairman of the board, said in a news release. “This outstanding growth can be attributed to a variety of factors, including our programs that benefit real estate professionals as well as their clients, special educational events, marketing programs, our service to the communities we serve, and a sincere dedication to helping some of the finest charities in the metro Denver area."
