The City of Centennial has announced a new list of businesses to
join Explore Centennial, a city-sponsored program that encourages
residents to support the local economy and keep sales-tax dollars
in Centennial. The city is partnering with local businesses to
offer savings at businesses across the city.
To participate, visit centennialcolorado.com and
click the “Shop Local” icon on the left side of the page.
Participants will receive a free “Explore Centennial” card to
present at participating businesses.
According to Corri Spiegel, Centennial’s economic-development
manager, by supporting local businesses, residents are reinvesting
in their community, increasing the diversity of available products
and services and ultimately improving the quality of life in
Centennial.
“This has proven to be quite a successful program for the local
businesses,” she said. “Centennial business continue to have really
great deals for their customers that help to sustain our local
economy.”
