Centennial Bank, a full-service commercial bank, announces that
it has been approved by the Colorado State Division of Banking and
the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to open a branch in
Boulder, Colorado.
"This location will give us an opportunity to expand the reach
of our business banking services to clients in Boulder with a very
talented team of bankers who know this market well," says Charles

The Boulder branch is expected to be open for business late
first quarter of 2012. The downtown Denver branch, which opened in
January at 717 17th Street, will continue to serve clients in the
downtown Denver area. The Bank's southeast Denver branch, located
at Arapahoe Road and Potomac Street in Centennial, will remain as
the main branch and headquarters, serving customers in the south
Denver Metro Area.
