Chamber is moving to Streets of SouthGlenn

The South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, a mainstay near the southeast corner of University Boulevard and Arapahoe Road in Centennial for 10 years, is moving — across the street to the Streets at SouthGlenn.

The chamber and Alberta Development Partners, LLC, are agreeing on a deal for a 10-year lease on 7,233 square feet of space in the shopping mall directly across University Boulevard from its existing location.

With the permitting and construction required to get the new space ready, the chamber expects to move by April 1. Kevin Sullivan of Wong Strauch Architects is architect for the project. Joe David of David, Hicks, and Lampert represented Alberta.
