Wage reimbursement program is extended
Arapahoe/Douglas Works’ HIRE Colorado wage reimbursement program
for Colorado businesses has been extended through Sept. 30. Receive
up to $6,000 in cash reimbursements for each eligible new hire.
Additionally, the reimbursement is now available for all open
positions within a company, not just new job creation.
The Arapahoe/Douglas County residency restrictions for
applicants have been relinquished. This means any Colorado resident
can qualify a company for the reimbursements if they meet the two
other eligibility requirements:
Candidates must have a child under age 18
Candidates must have a household income under $75,000 per
year.
Funding has been extended through Sept. 30, which means there is
plenty of time to place individuals with a company that will
qualify for additional reimbursements.
We are now reimbursing 100 percent of the hourly wages, up to
$6,000 per new hire, and up to five placements within your
company.
