Join our 5th Annual Active Aging Expo on Thursday, April 11th, from 3 pm to 6 pm at Malley Senior Recreation Center, 3380 S. Lincoln St. in Englewood.

With one out of every five Coloradans expected to be 65 years or older by 2030, providing resources and education for a healthy lifestyle is in demand. Active Aging Expo includes more than 70 organizations that provide tools, tips and techniques to engage in a quality active Colorado lifestyle.

Through this successful event, we have reached more than 1,200 community members the past four years to help them maintain and create a more active lifestyle and well-being. A participant’s experience at the Active Aging EXPO is nothing less than educational and fun!

The 2019 AAE includes an Exhibit hall highlighting 70+ services, programs and community resources; Active Aging Programs and Demos; Wellness Screenings; Door Prizes and Refreshments.

Your experience might include a free chair massage, introduction to line dancing, balance testing, and more. Attendees will receive literature from multiple companies sharing insurance, travel and health resources. Mark your calendar and arrive at 3 pm for all the event opportunities.

The best part . . . it’s FREE! If you have the time, please register at
Eventbrite.com so we know who to expect. But, registration is not mandatory. Grab your friends, family and neighbors and head on over. Here’s to a healthier YOU!
