Lewis was student body president and was involved in the student senate, African-American Leadership Council, track and field, Principal’s Advisory Council, Diversity Task Force and other organizations.

He plans to go to the University of Kansas to study architecture through the five-year master’s of architecture program.

What profession or career do you want to pursue?

Architecture, because I have always loved and appreciated the design of houses.

What do you hope to accomplish in life?

I hope to be truly happy and not impose on others’ happiness.

If I could do anything, it would be to …
