Centennial Bank, a full-service commercial bank, announces that it has been approved by the Colorado State Division of Banking and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to open a branch in Boulder, Colorado.
"This location will give us an opportunity to expand the reach of our business banking services to clients in Boulder with a very talented team of bankers who know this market well," says Charles Holmes, president of Centennial Bank's Boulder branch. "We look forward to filling a void in the marketplace and delivering exceptional commercial and private banking services to businesses in and around the Boulder area."
The Boulder branch is expected to be open for business late first quarter of 2012. The downtown Denver branch, which opened in January at 717 17th Street, will continue to serve clients in the downtown Denver area. The Bank's southeast Denver branch, located at Arapahoe Road and Potomac Street in Centennial, will remain as the main branch and headquarters, serving customers in the south Denver Metro Area.
